1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Padasal (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is provided as a community service for sharing prayers, intentions, and faith-based support.

2. Community Guidelines and User Conduct

Padasal is a sacred digital space. Users are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive, and appropriate demeanor at all times. You agree NOT to:

  • Post content that is offensive, hateful, discriminatory, or harassing.
  • Share spam, promotional material, or commercial solicitations disguised as prayers.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Post personal identifying information of others without their explicit consent.
  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates these guidelines without prior notice.

3. Content Ownership and License

When you post a prayer, comment, or any other content ("User Content") on Padasal, you retain ownership of your content. However, you grant Padasal a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content in connection with operating and providing the Platform.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to post the User Content and that such content does not violate the rights of any third party.

4. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Padasal does not guarantee that the Platform will always be safe, secure, or error-free, or that it will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padasal and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the Platform or by other means. Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
